Return & Exchange Policy

We want you (and your pet!) to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

At Specks, we appreciate your business and support. Pets of all sizes love our products, but please note that Specks products are not considered indestructible and are intended for pets only under supervision.

Pet Bowls & Accessories
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new, original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
Approved returns may be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
To request a return or exchange, please email info@specksandpets.com for instructions.

Plush Toys
All plush toys are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your toy arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at info@specksandpets.com within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Include a photo of the item and your order number so we can review and, if eligible, arrange a replacement shipment promptly.
All items must be in their original packaging and unused.

Damaged or Defective Items
If any product arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order to info@specksandpets.com
We’ll review and replace the item immediately at no additional cost.

Clearance & Sale Items
All clearance and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
